You chose the wrong item?\u00a0 No worries.\u00a0\u00a0Any\u00a0un-thrown discs (disc not used), or unused\u00a0items\u00a0may be returned to Persona Discs\u00a0within 30 days\u00a0of the initial purchase.\u00a0 Customers may choose from the following options for\u00a0items returned in\u00a0new<\/em>\u00a0condition:<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n
1-Receive a refund to\u00a0the original credit\u00a0card in\u00a0the\u00a0amount paid for the item, minus a 10% restocking fee.<\/em><\/h5>\n\n\n\n
2-Receive Persona Discs\u00a0store credit for the\u00a0full amount paid for\u00a0the item returned.<\/em><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Any shipping costs are non-refundable.\u00a0 Returned items should be\u00a0shipped back to us at your own cost.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Incorrect or Defective Item Shipped<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

(Note: Color settings on different devices\u00a0as well as changes in\u00a0lighting can occasionally cause\u00a0slight variations in how\u00a0color appears in\u00a0a photo\u00a0versus\u00a0in person.\u00a0\u00a0We make every effort to make sure you get the color you are expecting, but if a disc has a little more of a certain tint in person\u00a0than\u00a0the picture showed, we cannot control that.\u00a0\u00a0If necessary we are happy to refund the full amount of a disc\u00a0for this reason, but\u00a0in these cases any shipping costs are not covered since the\u00a0correct item was shipped and there is no\u00a0defect.<\/strong>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
